Timely: thinking ahead to summer camping

We have three trips planned for this summer: one to Ashland, which is deluxe in a fabulous cottage my friend and I rented last year while we took a class; camping at Eel River; camping on the California coast.
I camped last year at 6.5 months pregnant (and was applauded by some women in the bathroom) which was made possible by the aerobed and tent I purchased the day before we left. Mister couldn't make it, which might have been just as well as I rolled around on the aerobed and didn't have to share.
This year, though, Lentil will be about eight months when we head out for our trips. What to bring? HeywoodsMeadow hit the Smokeys last week (with kids) and provided some good tips for camping. She also posted great pictures of her son's sachels to show what they had for themselves. Fantastic!
I'm working on our packing list now so I won't be caught out.
